For being a Fellow of BIArb, you have to demonstrate advance knowledge of arbitration to a peer interview panel. BIArb will maintain a panel of Arbitrators who will be selected from the Fellow members of BIArb so a Fellow of BIArb must be highly qualified Arbitrator. An Associate member or any other qualified person who has completed the education and training requirements for Fellowship of BIArb or any person holding an arbitration qualification with substantial experience acting as arbitrator can apply for a  Fellowship of BIArb.
